SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders over $150.00 are eligible for free  shipping. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping fees.

Guaranteed Shipping: Red Eagle Hunting Kit will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after is received. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the next business day. Guaranteed!

Red Eagle Hunting Kit will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.

Correct street address is required. Delivery services charge a address correction fee. This fee varies from $5.00 - $15.00. Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges.

Overnight Express Shipping: Your in-stock order placed before 11:30 AM Central Time (Monday – Friday) will be delivered the next business day. Additional fees for this Standard Express shipping rate apply. Additional fees also apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURN POLICY

Contact Red Eagle Hunting Kit immediately at 855-550-4029 or redeaglehuntingkit@comcast.net for wrong size, color and or damaged merchandise, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm eastern time.

Merchandise is guaranteed against defects material and craftsmanship for up to one full year from purchase date. Please note that each manufacturer provides their own terms, procedures and policies for adjustments, whether to repair, replace or credit merchandise. Please read manufactures terms and conditions.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for any reason, it must be done within 30 days from date on invoice. After 30 days , returns are subject to a restocking fee.

When products are returned, they must be in original, new, unopened condition, otherwise returns will not be honored.

Examples of new, unopened products:

  • A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn

  • A shotgun that has not been pieced together or assembled

  • A tree stand that has not been assembled

 Examples of used, opened products:
  • A boot with mud on it (it has been worn outside)

  • A rifle scope that has been mounted to a firearm

  • A Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box

  • Any bubble-packed item that has been opened

Make sure to include with merchandise:

  • A copy of original packing slip

  • A copy of original invoice

  • A brief letter of explanation of return

  • Note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging.

A fee will be charged for all orders that that are delivered to a address provided by a customer that is not exactly correct. These fees may vary from one delivery service to another ($5.00 to $15.00).

These charges will be forwarded to the customer.

All optics and firearms will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. All other items are subject to manufacturer's inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. ALL AMMUNITION IS NON RETURNABLE

Handguns (Must ship UPS 2nd Day or Registered Priority Mail) and Magazines :
California: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (Handguns must be on state approved list, Note: list is model specific)
Colorado: Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine or 8 round shotgun
Connecticut: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (This does not pertain to Firearms Dealers or Gunsmiths who are properly licensed)
Hawaii: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (This applies to handguns only)
Illinois:
Cook County, Illinois:
Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine
Oak Park, Illinois: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine
Chicago, Illinois: Cannot ship more than 12 round magazine
Aurora, Illinois: Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine

Franklin Park, Illinois: Cannot ship more than 16 round magazine

Air Guns :
Delaware:
Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns, unless the gun is strictly a BB gun (meaning it cannot fire pellets)
Illinois (Other than Chicago): Any air gun shooting a projectile over .18” or any air gun shooting 700 fps (feet per second) or greater must go to FFL dealer
Chicago, IL: Cannot Ship
New Jersey: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns
New York City, NY (Including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island): Cannot Ship

North Dakota: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns (air guns considered as dangerous weapons)
Michigan: Any pellet gun must go to a FFL dealer. Any bb gun with rifled barrel or that is .22 caliber or greater must go to FFL dealer. (All state firearm laws apply to these air guns)
Minnesota: Requires FFL to transfer all air guns, unless the gun is strictly a BB gun (meaning it cannot fire pellets)
Pennsylvania:
  Philadelphia, PA: Cannot ship
  Rhode Island: Requires FFL to transfer all air gun
Tennessee:
  Johnson City, TN: Cannot ship

Ammunition (AM) (Going Air): (All Hawaii and Alaska Orders) $40.00 per every 66lbs, Cannot ship Postal, Must be UPS Air (either 2 nd or Next Day)
Butane (BU) (Anything over 33.8oz receives Hazmat fee): Ground Only (UPS), Cannot ship Air or Postal
Aerosol Canisters (UP): Ground only, Cannot ship Air or Postal
Birchwood Casey Chemical Products: Cannot ship to California
Melting Point Restrictions for Firearms: Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota (Must check with state and see if the firearm meets the proper criteria)
